The Daugavpils Olympic Centre offers a large 25-metre pool with 6 lanes and a small pool for children. You can also combine a visit to the pool with a visit to the Turkish bath or sauna. The Olympic Centre also offers a salt room. Its walls are covered with Iranian blue and red salt and it maintains the required temperature and humidity percentage. During the session, visitors sit in the salt room for 45 minutes, sit in armchairs and breathe in the ionised salt air.
