The Daugavpils Palace of Culture is the largest concert hall in Daugavpils and one of the largest and most visited concert halls in Latvia. The Art Centre "Arka" calendar of events
The “ARKA” Art Centre hosts performances by the Daugavpils Puppet Theatre, as well as lectures on literature and art for children and adults, musical evenings, and concerts. The centre also offers group and individual training sessions, exhibitions, painting masterclasses, and other cultural events.

Pauls Krūmiņš International Orchestra Festival
The festival aims to preserve and develop orchestral music traditions in Daugavpils, to promote international cooperation with orchestras abroad, and to honour the name of Pauls Krūmiņš, a Latvian conductor and violinist, the founder and leader of the first Latgale Symphony Orchestra, who worked in Daugavpils.
