Maksims Krilovs (vocals), Jan Grīnberts (saxophone), Kristīna Rusakoviča (accordion), tango dancers under the direction of Dmitrijs Arestovs, the “Barwy Daugawy” ensemble under the direction of Stanislavs Jakovenko, Professional musical brass orchestra “DAUGAVA” under the guidance of Arnolds Grīnberts.
During this musical evening, the most popular tango compositions that have taken an important place in the world of music will be performed. Music by Oskars Stroks, Maris Vētras, Marģera Zariņa, Luiz Bonfa, Sidney Bechet and other composers will be performed in Andrei Pumpurs Square on Thursday, August 20.
During the concert, a photo and video shooting will be taken.
The festival “Musical August in Daugavpils” is organized by Latvian Cultural Centre with a support of Daugavpils City Council.
