The House of Traditions is a cultural space where traditional cultural values are preserved and promoted. Visitors can learn about Latvian folk traditions through hands-on activities, workshops, and classes. Traditional Latvian festivities are celebrated here, along with folk craft workshops, exhibitions, training sessions in playing folk musical instruments, seminars on traditional festivals, games and dances. The House of Traditions also hosts dance evenings, discussions, and conversations focused on safeguarding intangible cultural heritage. In addition, it offers an opportunity to explore Latvia’s culinary heritage.
