7th International Daugavpils Historical Festival “Dinaburg 1812”
The 7th International Festival of Historical Reconstruction “Dinaburg 1812” will take place this year on 13 July in Daugavpils Fortress.
Daugavpils Drift Festival 2024
Daugavpils Drift Festival 2023 will take place at the city’s сartodrome “Blāzma” From 13 to 14 July, the 11th Daugavpils Drift Festival will take place at the “Blāzma” Kartodrome. The three-day event will include practice, qualifying, and racing. This weekend Daugavpils will become the epicentre of drifting!July 8 and 9.
FLEA MARKET IN DAUGAVPILS FORTRESS
On Saturday, July 13, from 10.00 to 14.00, a traditional flea market will take place in Daugavpils fortress, near to the Daugavpils Fortress Visitors Centre (Nikolaja ielā 5).
6th INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL "DRAGON BOAT"
On 29 June, Daugavpils will host the International Dragon Boat Festival for the sixth time. The event will take place on Stropu Lake near the rowing base (40 Stropu Street).
DAUGAVPILS CUP IN KAYAKING AND CANOEING 2024
On 20 July Daugavpils Stropu Lake Rowing Base will host “Daugavpils Cup in kayaking and canoeing 2024”.
Run "Drosmes skrējiens" (fearlessness run)
On 20 July, the “Drosmes Skrējiens” (fearlessness run) will take place at Rugeli Reservior in Daugavpils. It will be not only a run with obstacles, but also a real adventure, which is held outdoors and gathers participants of different levels of physical fitness.
Rigas street fair
On 20 July, from 10 am to 4 pm, a fair on Rigas Street will take place in Daugavpils. Visitors will be able to buy products from local producers and craftsmen, and other interesting things.
