The Art Centre "Arka" calendar of events
The “ARKA” Art Centre hosts performances by the Daugavpils Puppet Theatre, as well as lectures on literature and art for children and adults, musical evenings, and concerts. The centre also offers group and individual training sessions, exhibitions, painting masterclasses, and other cultural events.
International Folklore Festival in Daugavpils
The festival aims to popularise traditional Latvian and foreign culture, and to develop, improve, and preserve the traditions of folklore groups and ethnographic ensembles.
