From 20 to 22 November, the Pauls Krūmiņš International Orchestra Festival will take place in Daugavpils for the second time.
The festival aims to preserve and develop orchestral music traditions in Daugavpils, to promote international cooperation with orchestras abroad, and to honour the name of Pauls Krūmiņš, a Latvian conductor and violinist, the founder and leader of the first Latgale Symphony Orchestra, who worked in Daugavpils.
