The largest bus transportation company in the Baltic region, Lux Express, transported more than 200 000 passengers on domestic routes in Latvia last year, the company reported.<\/p>\n

Since May, SIA “Lux Express Latvija” has been operating commercial routes between Liep\u0101ja\u2013R\u012bga\u2013Daugavpils, attracting an increasing number of regular passengers. From May until the end of the year, the company transported more than 10 000 foreign visitors, mainly from Estonia and Germany. Nearly 2 000 passengers traveled the entire route from Liep\u0101ja to Daugavpils.<\/p>\n

Due to increasing demand, Lux Express has expanded services to Liep\u0101ja and Daugavpils, introducing express routes between Liep\u0101ja and R\u012bga. The company is proud of its positive impact on the market, contributing to industry development and competition.<\/p>\n

All routes between R\u012bga\u2013Liep\u0101ja and Liep\u0101ja\u2013Daugavpils are operated using 2023-built \u201cIrizar i6s Efficient\u201d buses, which offer one of the highest comfort levels in the industry. These buses are nearly 15% more fuel-efficient than the previous Lux Express modern and economical models.<\/p>\n

All buses feature free Wi-Fi and personal multimedia screens. Passengers can enjoy complimentary hot drinks, including coffee, tea, and cocoa. The buses are also equipped with toilets, air conditioning, and power outlets for device charging.<\/p>\n

For domestic routes in Latvia, Lux Express offers regular discounts for various passenger groups:<\/p>\n
